Normally a blog has Tags and Categories both displayed in the Post as well as the Sidebar. Because the iPhone/iPod touch has such a small screen, both are displayed just once.
Tags are displayed on the bottom of each post and categories are below all posts together with the Archives and RSS Feed.
In the Page Inspector you will find the option to hide the Categories and/or Archives.
Because the Categories are not displayed on every single post you will need to get rid of the ‘Filed in:’ text. You can do this by opening the Page Inspector, select ‘Page’, select Categories and now delete the ‘Filed in:’ text which can be found in the Title field.
