CONTENT AREA
The content area is the place where your blocks-elements will show up. You can set a width from 500 up to 960 pixels. It is also possible to let Blocks define the width but then there will be no scroll-bars when the page does not fit in a browser window.
Again it is possible to add custom background images. Background images can be repeated vertically or in all directions. The height will be set automatically by blocks.

If you want page elements to appear on more then one page you can make use of Master Pages. Master Pages can be selected in the Block Inspector. You can watch the Master Page screencast.
